“If you have been thinking about taking a Yoga Teacher Training consider this one!! Tara Rawson is an excellent teacher and isn’t afraid to dive deep! Taking her 200 hour teacher training back when I’d first moved to Jacksonville was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Tara and her 200 hour training gave me back my practice and took it to the next level.” L.J. Jacksonville, FL
“Tara’s YTT program was a truly eye opening experience. I took the course for personal growth, and I honestly came out learning so much more about myself and yoga than I ever dreamed. Tara is compassionate and understanding and doesn’t mind going over asanas until you’ve mastered the posture itself and the philosophy behind it. She is a fantastic teacher and a very knowledgeable yogini. I would take her class again in a heartbeat.” D.L. Jacksonville, FL
“If you’re considering a teacher training, consider this one. So much is covered and not only asanas. From Chakras to Ayurveda, from philosophy to business, with Ashtanga being the primary type of yoga we learn (which is a beautiful strong practice). It’s all covered but the information is given in bite-sized, themed pieces, fit for each weekend of the training. I loved that we had 3-4 weeks in between each training weekend to practice what we learned and to study. The group is small and intimate, which I believe is essential, so each person can get more out of it. And Tara, she’s the real deal. She’s professional, knowledgeable, open-minded, loving, and wise. She takes her time to answer each question and goes into detail so the info is easy to digest. With part of the training weekend at Tara’s home and part at beautiful Soluna, it’s nice well-rounded days! I was on the fence with a couple different trainings and now I know I made the right choice.” A.S. Pensacola, FL
