This is an energetic yoga class, combining Vinyasa (movement with breath) with a Hatha practice (longer held postures). Each movement and posture will not only focus on building strength and flexibility in different parts of the body but will also still the chattiness of the mind, leaving the student feeling fully rejuvenated from the inside out. Natural warmth created in the body from this practice will help soften the joints and tissue to increase flexibility and strength. This style of yoga is rooted in the fundamental principles of breath and alignment. Different options to access each pose will be given so all levels of students can attend. This is a mindful yoga, flow practice.

These classes vary from 60-75 minutes. Please check the schedule to see the length of the class you wish to attend and pre-register for. This class is not intentionally heated however it may get warm from breath+body movement. Bring your yoga mat, a face towel, and a water.
