With the concentrated focus and attention of private yoga lessons, you will be able to feel more comfortable if you are uneasy about stepping into a class setting. In addition, if you already have an established practice, one on one sessions will facilitate the process of getting the most of out this ancient practice of yoga and all its physical, mental, and heart centering benefits.
Private sessions are offered on a sliding scale payment option. Pay what you can based on what you can afford, from $65-$85.

Private sessions are individually tailored to accommodate specific needs, regardless of age, gender, physical fitness level and flexibility. No prior experience of Yoga is needed. Treatment is given one-on-one in a gentle, safe and effective manner. All private sessions need to be booked in advance. Offered by a teacher of your choice from our team of Certified Yoga Instructors. We will also pair you up with the teacher who will benefit you the most based on your needs.
