Therapeutic Massage
Experience the holistic benefits of massage. Physical benefits include a strengthened immune system, increased blood and lymph circulation, increased joint flexibility and range of motion, and improved digestion. Likewise, you will experience the many emotional benefits of massage, including stress relief, enhanced energy and alertness, reduced fatigue, and most of all, relaxation.
Neuromuscular Massage
The most effective type of massage therapy for lower back pain is neuromuscular therapy. Neuromuscular therapy is also called trigger point myotherapy. The American Academy of Pain Management recognizes this form of massage therapy as an effective treatment for back pain caused by soft tissue injury (such as a muscle strain). Neuromuscular therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm. The massage therapy pressure is usually applied with the fingers, knuckles, or elbow. Once applied to a muscle spasm, the pressure should not vary for ten to thirty seconds. Following a neuromuscular therapy massage, any soreness that presents itself should fade after twenty-four to thirty-six hours. The muscles that were tight should remain noticeably more relaxed for four to fourteen days, depending on stress.
Glow Scrub + Massage
Receive 20 minutes of exfoliation to the body with a Micro-buff body polish. This unique creme-based exfoliation treatment contains spherical Micronized Buffing Beads, natural Luffa and Apricot Powder to gently refine and smooth skin, which will lift away dead skin. Ideal for all skin types including sensitive skin. After exfoliation, shower and rinse it all away. Return to the massage table to hydrate the skin with a nourishing 30 or 60 min full body massage. This treatment will leave your skin and self feeling renewed, refreshed, and silky smooth.
Detox Massage
This is not a Deep Tissue massage. Your body has its own natural method of detoxifying by means of the lymphatic system, but considering the amount of pollutants modern humans are exposed to, your lymphatic system might need some help. The lymphatic system is your main line of defense against disease. The massage therapist will use a light touch, gently massage around the lymph nodes in the neck and armpits before moving into massaging the rest of the body. This massage helps with reducing stress, which is beneficial because chronic stress inhibits the immune system, making you more susceptible to illness.
NOTE: Do not book this massage or any type of massage if you currently have an infection, fever, and/or are feeling like you are getting sick. This is not a Lymphatic Drainage massage.
Sports Massage
This type of massage blends Therapeutic massage with deep stretching. Sports massage addresses specific needs of athletes and those with an active lifestyle. Components include using Therapeutic massage, deep compression massage, table Thai Massage, and trigger point therapy. This type of massage is best done before or after events, to enhance performance, or promote healing post injury. It is also suggested to receive this massage if you are a runner, athlete, frequent a gym regularly, or if you would like the combination of having a massage while being stretch.
Postural Alignment Therapy
Although many people seek massage therapy solely for relaxation, Postural Alignment Therapy will extend the benefits of your experience beyond relaxation and target your specific needs. The therapist will conduct a professional assessment, including a postural evaluation, making an assessment of your daily activities, work, & lifestyle. Detective work is often needed to determine where the poor posture and pain originated from. It can stem from a culmination of our experiences, emotions, traumas, strengths and weaknesses. However, a lifestyle or ergonomic adjustment such as changing from a purse to a backpack, or sitting in a chair of proper height, may be necessary. A postural evaluation is extremely valuable.
Since structural imbalances often underlie chronic pain and dysfunction, the massage therapist will determine which muscles are abnormally stretched and which are shortened before choosing the most effective techniques to correct the imbalance through bodywork to achieve a long-term solution. Specific massage techniques will be applied during this 90 minutes massage based on the assessment to restore your ideal alignment. This technique is beneficial for everyone. It is especially beneficial to athletes, office workers, service industry professionals and those with neck and shoulder tension, headaches, and low back pain.
The most common situations Postural Alignment Therapy works on relieving acute pain, creating profound relaxation, improving posture and easing tight muscles.
- Depending on the severity of your pain and body alignment, optimal results may require multiple sessions. In most cases you will feel instant short term relief. With continued body work you will achieve long term results. This service is only offered as a 90 minute session.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage – to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But it’s also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists who are trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly.
NOTE: When booking your massage, please include how many weeks pregnant you are online in the booking notes or when you call. Do not book this massage or any type of massage if you are in the 1st Trimester of pregnancy.
Couples Massage

Pain Pain Go Away Massage
You can make any type of massage a “Pain Pain Go Away” service. This massage includes the application of CBD oil and Biofreeze gel to the target area of pain. These ingredients combined allows for a soothing, cooling effect to reduce pain and inflammation.
WHAT IS CBD? Cannabidiol—CBD—is a cannabis compound that has significant medical benefits, but does not make people feel “stoned” and can actually counteract the psycho-activity of THC. The fact that CBD-rich cannabis is non-psychoactive or less psychoactive than THC-dominant strains makes it an appealing option for clients looking for relief from inflammation, pain, anxiety, psychosis, seizures, spasms, and other conditions without disconcerting feelings of lethargy or dysphoria
Head + Face + Jaw + Neck Massage
This 30 minute service focuses on the face, jaw, neck, head and scalp. The face and jaw are massaged first, without the use of creams, oils or any other product. This helps improve skin tone, reduce facial lines, refine pores and reduce dark, puffy circles under the eyes. Facial massage, when massaged in an upward motion helps to promote a release of tension, a softening of lines, and toning of the skin. It’s like an instant “face-lift”. In this treatment, the massage therapist is able to hone in and work through knots that we hold around the jawline.
The neck, head and scalp are massaged next. Oils are used during this portion of the massage. These oils are different than what massage therapists use while performing a full-body or back massage. Scalp massage oils may include jojoba oil, olive oil, or sweet almond oil, topped off with an essential oil such as peppermint, rosemary, or lavender.
This overall treatment provides general relaxation, improves blood circulation, increases oxygen supply to the brain and helps with eye strain, tension headaches, migraines, jaw ache, ear ache, ringing in ears, sinus congestion, insomnia, disturbed sleep and creates a boost in blood flow. The increase in blood flow aids in feeding and strengthening the hair follicles, which may help aid in the fight to avoid hair loss.

Hot + Cold Stone Treatment
This is a 30 minute add-on. Hot & Cold stones, when alternated throughout the service is called Contrast Therapy and creates a dynamic & invigorating experience for the client.
When you hear of stone massage, you might immediately think of hot stone massage. Cold stone massage, like hot stone massage, is also an effective way to promote relaxation and revitalize the mind and body. The massage therapist first uses the hot stones, gently massaging on the body to release tension and relax the muscles. It is followed by the use of cold stones on the body. The cold stones are made of marble. The cool temperature of the stones help to reduce swelling, bloating and inflammation while increasing circulation and boosting energy levels.
Athletes who have sustained injuries can also benefit from a cold stone massage. It helps reduce pain in the injured muscles and tissues.
Those with sinus pain or inflammation are good candidates for cold stones, too. Cold stones placed on the face (usually over a towel or cloth) help alleviate sinus problems like congestion and swelling as well as reduce under eye bags and dark circles.
Menstrual discomfort like bloating and pain due to cramps can also be relieved by cold stones.
Clients who suffer from high blood pressure may benefit from cold stone massage therapy.
Overall, cold stones can improve a person’s mood, lifting depression, decreasing anxiety, and generally increasing their overall energy level.
Cold stone massages are not recommended for clients who suffer from heart ailments, have easily inflamed skin, have kidney problems, or are sensitive to cold temperatures.
