Cancellation Policy

We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling.

Any same-day cancellations and no-shows, are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Any available massage credits may be applied in lieu of this fee.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, as appointments will conclude at the originally scheduled time.
