Offered as a pop up class on some Sundays at Riverside Park. Practice under the trees on the shaded+grassy lawn next to the pond. Class is located near the corner of College St. and Margaret Street.

Beginners and advanced yogis will take delight in this class. This class focuses on alignment while in the yoga postures, improving strength and flexibility. Bring your own yoga mat and water. Facial covering/mask optional and not required. Social distancing is required. Mat spacing 6 ft apart or more. We encourage no congregating with close talking before or after class.
