This class combines modern movement science with traditional yoga postures. You will explore the difference between MOBILITY (the range of motion you can actively control) and FLEXIBILITY (the total passive range of motion available in the joints). Move through a class designed to thoughtfully awaken your body with mobility exercises and mindfully build strength. Learn tools to help support functional movement both on and off the mat. Come prepared to be challenged in new ways and deepen your self-awareness. If you have a body and want to move it better, this class is for you. While challenging, it is accessible for all levels and is especially beneficial to those with hyper flexibility.
