Sivananda Yoga is a sequence of specific Hatha poses(asanas) designed to increase flexibility and strength in the body as well as concentration and focus of the mind. The instructor for this class is certified under the Traditional Sivananda School in India. This style of yoga incorporates relaxation(savasana) and breathing(pranayama) throughout the sequence. This class will be taught based on the Sivananda practice and is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
